Our Market Watch section is an online searchable database and it is smart phone friendly. It was set up as a database for vehicle price data; however we have added other collectibles as well. For example, under “Make” you can search for Paul McCartney for price data related to Paul McCartney collectibles. You can also use the database to see what celebrity ownership of a vehicle does to the value. For example, under “Model” search for Trans Am, click here to view the results. You can also search the Market Watch for famous/well know collections that have sold, for example, here is the data for the Bruce Weiner Microcar Auction. And here is the data for the Lee Roy Hartung collection that sold years ago. We have also included price data from TV shows such as Jay Lenos Garage, American Pickers, and others, simply search under “Make” for Jay Lenos Garage and click on search.  The database allows you to compare asking price, book value, actual sale price, etc.  You can also view offers versus sale price.  Click here to view offers versus sale price.  The database includes aircraft, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, collectibles, avionics, engines, car parts, aircraft parts, and more.

AC Shelby Cobra 1963 $705,437 Not a sale price. An ebay auction that ended Jan 28 2015. Bidding got up to $705,437.00 and reserve was not met. 33,116 miles. 289 V8. 1963 AC Shelby Cobra CSX2047. Owned by current collector since 1973. this vehicle was stripped to bare metal and obtained a beautiful red with white stripes repaint in 2001. Beautiful black interior looks great showing very little wear. Extensive work done to the motor and transmission in 1977 with documents showing detailed work. In 1993 the battery, radiator and hoses were replaced with new as well as the carburetor being rebuilt. This car has been in a climate controlled showroom since 1973 in Los Gatos, California. On December 16th, 2014, all fluid levels were checked, topped off, fresh gas put in and the battery was charged. The vehicle started right up, I drove this car with no issues in and out of the showroom and parking lot to take various pictures. All systems should be checked prior to regular use of this car. Provenance: Kit Coyle, La Jolla, California; Bob Schiro, Los Gatos, California acquired from Mr. Coyle in the early 70s. Current owner Mr. Bob Schiro. Literature: Shelby American World Registry 2008, listed on page 90. This Car Documented in the Shelby American World Registry 2008 and documented CSX2047 this 1963 289 Cobra was billed to Shelby American 11/13/62; shipped to L.A. 2047 was invoiced on 2/20/63 to Dave Grubbe Ford (Burbank, CA): 1 Shelby AC Cobra, CSX2047 ($5,095.00); with sun visors ($15.04); wind wings ($13.97); front bumper ($23.97); rear bumper ($26.97); aluminum rocker covers ($35.40); chrome exhaust tips ($4.25); and chrome hood latches ($14.09), for a total of $5228.69. The cars first known owner was Kit Coyle (La Jolla, California) who offered the car for sale in the early 70s: 1963 Cobra, CSX2047. 60,000 mi BRG/ black interior. New rugs, battery, exhaust system, F-60x15 Polyglass on 8 inch spokes, hood scoop. Beautiful car. Its purchaser Bob Schiro, Bob Schiro (CA), advertised it for sale in late 72 with 60,000 miles, many new parts, $5000.00. But rather than sell the Cobra, Schiro decided to keep it. In fact, as a car dealer in the Santa Clara area, Schiro acquired additional Cobras as well as Corvettes, Shelbys and other vehicles as new car trade-ins, and he correctly speculated that some of them might be worth more in the future. He therefor acquired a warehouse and stored his collection in it. 2047 was repainted with red and white stripes and maintained, while rarely driven. This car is sold AS-IS WHERE-IS with NO WARRANTIES WRITTEN NOR EXPRESSED. ALL INSPECTIONS TO BE DONE PRIOR TO BIDDING. This car is located in Los Gatos, California
Harley Davidson M-50 Aermacchi 1966 $1,580 ebay sale Jan 27 2015. 50 cc engine. This barn find is complete, runs and rides / operates well. The barn was covered but open to the elements so the bike has the expected rust of a 48 yr old bike. Included is an owners manual, complete maintenance coupon book, and parts manual. I do have the original title but the original owner filled it out but never sent it in to the DMV for registration. Muffler does appear to be modified (baffle) but sounds like other originals that I have herd. One question from another ebay member pointed out that in the picture, the chain cover appears to be cracked. The chain cover is cracked and a small piece missing. Looks like the chain may have broken and hit the cover when it went around the sprocket. His question also mentions that the case looks cracked too but it is not. In the picture, there appears to be a crack in the area just behind the chain cover but that is a cable end....Looks like a crack but not. And while I am listing issues with the bike, I will say that it is cold natured and hard to start with the kick starter. However it is very easy to start with a push start in second gear. Also, I have not been able to get the headlight, taillight, and horn to work. All are in tack but not working.

Harley Davidson Servicar 1950 $7,102 ebay sale Jan 4 2015. Up for auction is a very cool 1950 Harley Davidson Servi Car. This flathead has had a ton of work done to the motor and transmission back in 1999. I have receipts for over $7000, which included a motor and trans rebuild along with brakes and other misc parts. There are other receipts not shown in the pictures. Overall it is in good condition, but does show signs of use for an older bike, paint chips, surface rust and general wear and tear. The bike has barely been ridden since 1999 and has been sitting, without running, for the past couple of years. The trike was previously owned by a lady who lost interest in it a very long time ago. As you can see there are some aftermarket parts including a fiberglass box and an electric starter. I am using the speedometer for another project and will replace it with an aftermarket model. I have not started this bike since I have owned it, needs a battery and gas, but should fire up. I believe it was running about two to three years ago. Cases are not stamped and there is an Indiana DMV plate on the side of the neck. My guess is cases were replaced and DMV issued a new VIN. I have a clear title as 1950 Harley Davidson.

Harley Davidson WLA 750 1942 $15,100 ebay sale Jan 11 2015. 13,365 miles. Vin 42WLA18591. am selling this for a friends widow. He bought it surplus from Domyan Bros. Harley Davidson in East St. Louis in 1945. after riding it for a few years he painted it civilian colors and put civilian fenders etc on it. It was restored back to military colors and equipment around 2002-2004 by another guy who has also past away. I got it out of their heated garage and cleaned the carb, installed new float and gaskets from the HD dealer, drained fuel and flushed the fuel tank, drained oil from transmission and oil tank, refilled with SAE50 from the HD dealer. Installed new battery from the HD dealer. After a few kicks she fired up. I adjusted the Carb per the original manual but I am not very familiar with Harleys much less 73 year old Harleys. I rode it around on some rock back roads twice had it up to second gear about 25-30mph. I have no frame of reference as to if it rides and runs good. To me it seems to run and ride as I would expect from such a machine. Included with sale are a tool roll (not sure of originality of tools or if it is a complete set), both manuals printed in 1942 (one is a small operator type manual and the other is a maintenance manual), Original title from the HD dealer from 1945, a fake Thompson sub machine gun with magazine (upper receiver and barrel are fake but wood and lower are real) and a current clean IL title. I seem to recall the story of how he got it. He said him and his dad drove to E. St. Louis with a can of gas and rags to clean it up. He picked it because it had a new engine. I think I remember he said he could tell by the numbers being re-stamped on the engine but that was a conversation I had with him over 5 years ago.
Tri-Magnum Trike 1976 $1,625 ebay sale Jan 11 2015. 15,987 miles. kit car project, the Tri Magnum trike. Hand built on a 1976 Honda CB750A Hondamatic, this thing is part space ship, part James Bond, and just plain cool. Definitely an attention getter. Fiberglass body, VW front end, and bullet proof Honda CB750A power. Obviously it is a project and needs to be thoroughly gone through. Fiberglass body has bumps and bruises and will need work. The CB750 carbs were gone through and the engine was verified to run in the spring of 2014, but it has not been started lately, so it will need a bit of tinkering to get it running again. Wiring needs to be tidied up, and the brakes may need work too. There is no interior or glass, and the rear hatch has not been attached to the body. Steering wheel tilts up for ease of entry and exit from the vehicle.
Harley Davidson Sportster XLH 1974 $3,500 ebay sale Jan 11 2015. Vin # 3A24909H4. 17,211 miles. 1000 cc engine. Has electric start. Starts right up and runs great. Has modern hi performance keihin Carb, King sportster gas tank (classic sportster tank look, but with more fuel capacity) modern solid state cycleelectric generator with built in regulator (NO charging problems with this one) all new wiring, excellent tires, and better aftermarket front caliper. Sounds FANTASTIC ... with that classic old school Harley sound. Also has 2005 Sportster seat installed. Looks mostly stock, but has a much better carb and modern charging system.
Wards Riverside 1969 $3,500 ebay sale Jan 11 2015. Benelli WARDS RIVERSIDE 260 MOJAVE. 908 original miles. 260 cc engine. Hi have 69 wards 260 cc all org bike. Bought it from org owner in 2013 . Was in his basement since 1990. Got it home put battery in it, new gas. Tank is clean, it was drained. Set points fired right up. Have owned 6 of these over the years. She is not perfect but all there. The seat is black, it should be white. Could use paint if you want it perfect. Still has original tires that hold air. Original big CA black plates. Bike was purchased in Oakland CA at Montgomery Wards in November 1969.
Harley Davidson Sportster XLH 1966 $6,701 Not a sale price. An ebay auction that ended Jan 11 2015. Bidding got up to $6701.00 and reserve was not met. 1966 XLH Sportster. Unrestored Survivor. 900 cc engine. 22,785 miles. All original condition. Only part that I can see Not original is the S & S carburetor. Has a few factory extras, crash bars, and bags. Kick start only. Starts on the first kick after a few primer kicks. All electrics work on original wiring. Has the Italian aluminum rims that are in great condition. The spokes are black and not sure if that is factory finish. No cracks or repairs to case and numbers are matching. I am the third owner of this awesome XLH. The second owner had it sitting in his garage many years . The top end has been redone and the bike runs great. What I love about the bike is the front headlight nacelle that is a rarity. The speedo also is original and works fine. The owner sprayed oil all over the bike for storage and I used a environmentally friendly grease degreaser. After I degreased the whole bike I did not do a thing to it. In the photos you may see signs of the residual degreaser. I did not want to over clean the bike at the time of the photos. The bike is pictured with out the bags installed. I will install the bags this week and take a few more photos of them on. The bags are in great condition with no cracks or major scratches. I do have the original ignition key as well as the key for the bags.

Harley Davidson Servicar 1950 $7,102 ebay sale Jan 4 2015. This flathead has had a ton of work done to the motor and transmission back in 1999. I have receipts for over $7000, which included a motor and trans rebuild along with brakes and other misc parts. Overall it is in good condition, but does show signs of use for an older bike, paint chips, surface rust and general wear and tear. The bike has barely been ridden since 1999 and has been sitting, without running, for the past couple of years.
Hudson Kindred Spirit 1984 $5,308 Not a sale price. An ebay classified ad price seen online Jan 4 2015. 44,000 miles. Located in UK. Price listed here is USD. Same car as above. This time it is listed as a 1984. 1397 cc engine. Year unknown, year was not listed in ad. The Hudson was created by Hudson Component Cars, Norwich (UK) in the late 1980s. The original vehicle was called the Free Spirit and was a single seater sports car that used the Renault R-5 Le Car as a donor vehicle for all its mechanical parts including the transmission, front suspension and, complete steering assembly, Hudson then provided the chassis and fibreglass body parts. Due to the success of the Free Spirit the chassis was lengthened to accommodate either a second seat or storage space behind the drivers seat and the vehicle then became the Kindred Spirit. Hudson 3-wheelers in the UK are powered by a number of different engines but the best choice was the 1397cc Renault engine as is this one. In 1998 the manufacturing license and remaining inventory were sold and the new owner has not manufactured any new kits since. this particular vehicle has been used in a famous advert so keep an eye out its about to be launched this month it also comes with a host of spares including original lights, indicators fairing and cockpit cover, really fun to drive and can reach speeds up to 100mph

Vespa VBB with Sidecar 1962 $4,050 ebay sale Jan 4 2015. 150 cc engine. Fully restored Vespa VBB in matte black with sidecar. Restoration includes stripping frame down to bare metal and repainting, engine restoration includes new pistons, cylinder and carburetor, new wiring etc and electrical system upgraded to 12v. The Vespa and Sidecar are currently in transit to me, however on researching how to license and register it here, I found obscure wording in the law that makes it illegal to import or use a sidecar, despite various references to importing and licensing of vehicles with sidecars in other sections of the law as I had previously researched. As such, to avoid falling foul of the law (and paying import duties and perhaps penalties), I am looking to sell it and send it on, so it remains in transit in my country. A very unfortunate and disappointing circumstance for me, as I was very excited to take ownership of this toy. This setup is worth over $6,000, but I am auctioning off to the highest bidder, as I need to sell it before it arrives. My pain is your gain. The shipment is due to arrive in Miami on January 5, 2015, before making its way to me in the Caribbean. Unfortunately, due to U.S. customs regulations, the shipment cannot be stopped in Miami, as paperwork for import needs to be submitted to customs prior to the ship sailing, which was a few weeks back. Failure to do so could result in penalties or forfeiture, which I obviously want to avoid. Once it arrives here, I will have it sent back to Miami at my own cost (or to your location, the incremental costs being for your account), along with the required paperwork.
