Our Market Watch section is an online searchable database and it is smart phone friendly. It was set up as a database for vehicle price data; however we have added other collectibles as well. For example, under “Make” you can search for Paul McCartney for price data related to Paul McCartney collectibles. You can also use the database to see what celebrity ownership of a vehicle does to the value. For example, under “Model” search for Trans Am, click here to view the results. You can also search the Market Watch for famous/well know collections that have sold, for example, here is the data for the Bruce Weiner Microcar Auction. And here is the data for the Lee Roy Hartung collection that sold years ago. We have also included price data from TV shows such as Jay Lenos Garage, American Pickers, and others, simply search under “Make” for Jay Lenos Garage and click on search. The database allows you to compare asking price, book value, actual sale price, etc. You can also view offers versus sale price. Click here to view offers versus sale price. The database includes aircraft, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, collectibles, avionics, engines, car parts, aircraft parts, and more.

| Morgan |
F4 Three Wheeler |
1937 |
$21,330 |
Sale by Branson Auction Spring 2014. Branson description - This particular 1937 Morgan F4 was restored circa 2001 by Cantab Motors in Virginia-the East Coasts Morgan dealer at the time. The paint is excellent as is the interior. The car runs well and attracts a lot of attention. When it was on ebay here is what the owner said about the vehicle - This little 3 wheel Morgan was rebuilt from a pile of bits by Cantab Motors (Win Sharple) a few years back. There is no weather equipment with the vehicle although I have one top bow that might be correct. The speedometer does not work. I have been told by others that there are some things not correct about the restoration (most noticeably the dash). But what the heck all the ladies say it is cute as all get out. Car runs well, just not real fast. The car has hydraulic front brakes. I added turn signals to the car and a wooden license plate holder (removable) on the rear. Harrys note - The same year this car was built by Cantab Motors , Cantab Motors filed for bankruptcy. ebayer dlfreeman2012 - This Morgan appears in this database several times since Aug 2012. See notes section for earlier entries on this Morgan. |
| Pinzgauer |
710K |
1975 |
$21,113 |
ebay sale April 26 2014. Pinzgauer 710K, 4x4, rare hardtop version. Gasoline, inline 4 cyl air cooled 87 hp. 4x4, with front and rear locking diffs. 45,629 miles. Rig is in excellent condition. Interior appears to be all original military, includes command desktop and gun racks, observation/gun hatch in roof, and antennas. The 710K is the extremely rare hardtop version of the rugged Pinzgauer. This was purchased with the intent of using it as a backcountry camper/office for field work, but plans have changed. There are some minor scratches on the windshield, light rust on the exhaust pipes, seats are all in real good condition, no body damage, everything works well as it should. The vehicle includes a parts book and some minor parts shown in the photos. The unit basically has about the wheelbase of a small jeep, but the interior volume of a large SUV. The portal axle design gives this terrific ground clearance. It has front and rear diff lockers to help keep you out of trouble in the tough stuff. This hardtop version would be a great platform for an expedition camper. The speedometer and odometer are in Kilometers, thus 73,595 kM x 0.62 = 45,629 Miles. |

ATC 90 |
1970 |
$1,399 |
Not a sale price. ebay auction that ended April 19 2014. Starting bid was $1399.00 - it got 0 bids. ATC 90. It is a 1970, maybe a 1971. The frame number is US-111832 and the engine number is US90E-112053. Overall it is in good original condition. It is mostly complete. It actually runs surprisingly good and moves, but the carb either needs adjusted, cleaned, or rebuilt. Tank holds gas and is not rusted out on the bottom edges, though there is a little rust in tank. This still has the factory chain guard. The rear fiberglass is good, but is showing some stress cracks. I believe it is the original seat, it is in decent shape, but does have a couple small cracks. Tin front fender is dented and cracked. I believe the balloon tires are original, only one left rear currently holds air. The other two have cracks across the treadlines, but could possibly be patched. |

A-7 Corsair II |
1970 |
$50,000 |
Not a sale price. Seen aircraft listed online April 9 2014. Here is what seller said regarding price - Im entertaining offers over $50,000.00. This project has been for sale since April 2013. In Dec 2013 they were asking $75,000 USD. The TA-7C is the dual control trainer version of the venerable A-7 Corsair II, which first saw combat in Vietnam, and last in the Gulf War in 1991 before being retired by the US Navy shortly thereafter.
Only 60 TA-7C aircraft were manufactured by Vought through a conversion process altering A-7Bs and A-7Cs. The vast majority of TA-7C Corsair IIs were either lost, destroyed, or sold to Greece, Portugal and Thailand, leaving approximately 5 examples in museums in the U.S., none in the boneyard (all sold to overseas operators), and none in civilian hands with the exception of this one and the prototype – which is far less complete than this example. This particular aircraft was previously a single seat Corsair II - beginning life as an A-7B and was the 184th A-7B built and was accepted by the USN in January of 1969. She served first with VA-56 and flew one Vietnam Combat Cruise aboard USS Midway. She was then transferred to VA-215 and did another Vietnam Combat Cruise in the Gulf of Tonkin aboard USS Oriskany. As a single seat aircraft, she was sent to NAS Lemoore and VA-125 - the West Coast RAG. She was converted to a two-seat TA-7C in 1974 and was the third airframe to be converted. After conversion to a TA-7C the aircraft spent some time at Vought for testing before assignment to Pax River and the USN Test Pilot School. After duty as a test vehicle and some time with the USN TPS, she was sent to Point Mugu NAS where she served the remainder of her service life in test support duties. I have many photographs documenting the life of this aircraft, as well as copies of the original history cards from the USN.
The aircraft was minimally demilled per government regulations when sold through the DRMO. The aircraft was very low time when surplused, and has been hangared continually since the USN sold her. Over many years, she has been assembled for static display. It is not complete as a few parts are missing - most notably the engine. Included are: both ejection seats original to this aircraft, 80-90% of the cockpit instrumentation, as well as many, many internal and external replacement/spare parts - radars (FL & Doppler), avionics, pumps, accumulators & actuators, etc. |
