It had not moved in 10yrs since the previous owner passed away. Since purchasing I’ve done disassembly, cleaning, and inspections. I have found some damage, mostly typical stuff, some unusual. I have acquired all of the hard to find parts to fix these issues. Plus a pile of new and used parts. Nose gear hat reinforcement, beef up kit(for bigger engines), fuel selector(clears AD), etc. The engine is the original E-185-9 from the factory with a thousand hours since overhaul in 1991. It comes with the original bladder prop that is red tagged. I also have a complete V propeller that needs to be clipped down to Navion size. I would prefer to sell as a package deal. I’m asking 13k or best offer, it’s currently located in Ada, MI, disassembled, off airport. I have a ton more photos and I’d be glad to tell you in nauseating detail what’s needed to get her flying.

Vultee BT-13A 1943 $27,500 Asking price posted on Facebook March 29 2022. 27,500 What I am offering for sale is a 1943 Vultee BT-13A, it was last flown in 1974 ( First Photo). It was last run in 1987, right before it was disassembled and trucked to its current location near Flint Michigan. Some restoration work has been done by the A&P owner such as the tubular structure, seats, exhaust, throttle quadrants and many other parts. You will notice that the pictures show multiples of some parts, that is because there are actually 3 BT projects located together. So you will get enough to make one airplane. This project is the best of the 3 and will include everything that was included when purchased in 1987 plus replacement monocoque and control surfaces. If you want a project that you don't have to search the world over for parts, this is the one. This project is a very complete original one, it still had the original Military radios installed and are included. The Pratt and Whitney R985an1 engine has 786 hours since new. 464 of that was USAAF time. All civilian logs from 1946 are included Aircraft log starts in 1946 with 1702 hours USAAF time with the last known TT of 1977 hours in 1967, last log entry was for ferry flight in 1971. I have copies of the civilian owners log books and pictures of its 3 trips to Alaska to work on the DEW line in the 50s and 60s. A 2D30 2 position Hamiton Standard propeller with spinner is included. Aircraft has a clear title and is currently registered with the FAA and even has an airworthiness certificate. This is a later A model BT that was constructed at Downey California with a wood Monocoque and control surfaces. This is the reason the aircraft was grounded in 1974, the glue was failing. ALL ALUMINUM PARTS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED (They are interchangeable with wood when replaced as an assembly) AND ARE INCLUDED WITH THIS SALE. Instruments are included but most must be overhauled before use. To complete this restoration, the tanks must be cleaned and resealed, control surfaces recovered, engine and prop overhauled, all hardware, cables, hoses, wiring, etc must be replaced along with a lot of elbow grease. I will welcome any and all inquiries unless you want to low ball a price, the price is pretty firm as it is worth more as parts but would rather see it restored as a complete aircraft.

Cessna 150 L 1973 $32,000 Asking price posted on Facebook March 27 2022. 1973 Cessna 150L For Sale (N11519) Aircraft is currently in annual inspection and will be available April 1st! N11519 is a good little 150 but she is far from being a purdy Thunderbirdie! But you just want to build time, teach a student, grab a burger, or travel in her…right? Cosmetically challenged in the paint and interior department, maintenance has been performed at 50 and 100-hour intervals for a bunch of years. The engine has great compressions and three of the cylinder assemblies have been overhauled in recent years. “51 Niner” sports a Garmin moving map GPS with satellite weather and music capabilities, a Garmin digital COMM radio with second frequency monitoring, a stereo intercom with music input, a digital voice/checklist recorder, ADSB-OUT, skylights, and a child rear seat! All three seats have been powder coated and are appointed in nice grey leather with red trim (8/10). The front seats have shoulder belts (9/10). Both doors have newer plastic (8/10). Most of the remaining interior plastic is in bad shape (1/10). Headliner is in bad shape (1/10). Rear carpet is, also, in bad shape (1/10). Front carpet is Fair (5/10). Remove the interior plastics, headliner, and carpet, and paint those areas to save some weight…or replace with new. Windshield/windows are clear but there is some crazing (6/10). Paint has a good amount of coverage but is in very poor condition (2/10). Cowl was painted about 10 years ago and is good (7/10). Exterior has dings, scratches, and scrapes. Some exterior fairings are new while the rest are aged. Cessna 150s are popular for so many reasons. I believe “L” and “M” models to be the best. Outside of being fun to fly, they are economical to operate, maintain, and insure. They are not fast but why are you in a rush when building time? I only had time to ride it once this winter but it pulled me around no problem plenty fast to get adrenaline pumping. Has a rebuilt carburetor, new fuel lines and filter, new track from snorunner.com, new spark plug, new airfilter and new kill switch. I also cleaned the tank and made a custom/homemade track cover because the original was missing and hard to find. But this track cover is stronger than the original and seems to help stiffen the track frame. All lights work, brake works and idles well. I run 40-1 ethanol free gasoline. Ready to ride. Wish I could keep it but could use the space and money for my many other projects. Does have a couple cracks in the seat and right side decal is torn. Located in Easton,CT.
