The rusted light green motorbike is one of only a handful of Harley-Davidson 1000cc 8-Valve racers left in original condition. It is believed that less than 50 8-Valve Harley-Davidsons were made from 1916 to 1928, according to the AAP. ‘This has to be one of the most interesting barn-finds we have had in a number of years,’ said Mr Christophe Boribon, national auctions manager of Shannons Auctions, in a video by Brisbane Times. The 1927 motorbike was the fastest produced during the time period and was never made available for public sale but only offered to up-and-coming racers, according to the AAP. Hupmobile Sedan 1935 $6,250 ebay sale March 24 2017. This is a wonderful 1935 Hupmobile Sedan that is a great barn find. These cars are extremely rare and hard to find, in good original condition for restoration. First let me say that the car was kept indoors and the body is very solid. I am helping a friend with the sale of this car so please fell free to also call if you have any specific questions or need more pictures. My friend was leaning towards re-doing this car as a updated street rod but now needs to sell. It has the original drivetrain with has not run or drove in years. Motor condition is unknown and we haven\'t tried to turn it over. We know it was driven where is was parked many years ago. The current owner was going to use updated drivetrain so the original was never tested or used by him. This would be a great All Original restoration or some might want to do a Street rod. The doors open and close good, the body is over-all very good for being 80 years old. There are some small parts that have been bagged as seen in the pictures. The original Wheels have been blasted and powder coated Semi gloss black. The rear spare tire cover comes with as well. These cars were regarded as way ahead of there time when it comes to amenities and styling. The front end of the car has a very neat and distinct form how the hood and fenders meet the headlights. The very hard to find headlight lenses are with the car and in excellent condition. They were removed and safely boxed up so that they would not get broken. I toyed with the idea of buying this myself from my friend but I have business obligations right now. If you want to restore or build a car that is truly rare and that nobody else is going to have then this is it. Its a great solid foundation to start with, and it\'s 98% all there. These cars are awesome in there original form as well as a updated streetrod. You can search the internet for pictures of these and they are stunning either way.
