March 2015 asking price on FB. For sale or trade is my 1941 Colson Super Cruiser. I got this bike awhile back and realize it is too much for me to worry about since it has been restored. All of my other bikes are original paint with dents and dings. I love this bike but would prefer to have one in good used original condition. There is some paint that has flaked off of the rear dropouts from the rear wheel being removed. There are also a few other small paint scratches that can be repaired or left as is. The bike does show very well and rides very nice too! The headlight and taillight both operate. I have never taken the tank off to try the horn unit. I will leave that for the next owner. The restoration is beautiful and it really is an eye catcher. I can take as many photos as requested and will answer all questions to the best of my knowledge. I believe Bob U. pulled this bike from a collection in Nor Cal quite a few years back. It eventually ended up in New England in Joe Potts collection. I would prefer to do a local deal if possible, but willing to ship if necessary. I would like to get $3500.00 cash or similar trade value for the bike. I am located in Long Beach, CA. where the bike is available for viewing and inspection. |
